Schedule Work Ahead of Time and After Hours

The following page will allow you to schedule work to be completed ahead of time. This is important if you need to ensure that work is completed within a specific time frame.

Please make sure that you contact our team directly before scheduling work. If you’re not an existing client or have not communicated or gotten confirmation to proceed with schedule work, your request will be denied.

Booking Policy

Please read about our booking policies below.

Meeting No-Show Policy

There will be a 15 minute grace period before the booking is considered a no-show. Your payment will not be-refunded nor will you be able to re-schedule this booking. A new booking and payment will be required.

Cancelling 24 Hours before the meeting

Cancellations made up to 24 hours before a scheduled appointment communicated via email, text, or phone call will be processed without a penalty.

Cancelling within 24 Hours

Cancellations made within 24 hours or less before an appointment will be subject to a charge of the service rate for 1 hour of time. This includes appointments where our service provider is unable to access the property, is turned away, or the client is unavailable.

Rescheduling

If an appointment is rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, a new appointment will be scheduled with a charge of half of the service rate for 1 hour of time to the client. Rescheduling is, subject to availability.

How to Cancel/Reschedule a Booking

If you wish to re-schedule a booking, you can do so in a number of ways.

Method 1 - Email [email protected]

You can send an email to [email protected] and request a cancellation.

Method 2 - Calendar Invite Reschedule Link
If you have added the booking to your calendar. You can locate the calendar invite and in the notes of the invite, an option to reschedule the meeting will be visible.

Method 3 - Original Booking Invite Email Link (Requires Calendly Account)

If you can locate the original booking email, you'll have a link at the bottom of the email "View event in Calendly"
